Welcome to Nursery!

Welcome back to a new academic year. Mrs Thomas is our new nursery teacher for September with Mrs Howson, Mrs English and Miss Hankin continuing as the very experienced nursery nurses!

We are pleased with the way the children are settling, and are beginning to know the nursery routine.  We spent the first week reading 'Elmer' stories and exploring elephants and colour in our continuous provision. Week 2 we began our 'I am fab' topic where we look forward to learning all about ourselves, families and where we live.

Forest School Fridays!

Please make sure your child has wellington boots and a puddle suit, if you have one, in school on a Friday.

We have been reading lots of stories about ourselves, the colour of our skin and what makes us special. Using mirrors we have been looking at our features and trying to copy them.
