Maths
We are continuing to work with numbers to 20.
Counting:
*Can you count to 20?
*Can you count back from 20?
*Can you order numbers to 20?
Addition:
*Can you add 2 numbers together? Use your fingers to help you add 1 more. Try to write a number sentence...

6+1=
7+1=
8+1=

Subtraction:
We have been learning to subtract or take away. Use your fingers to help you. Show 10 fingers. Put 1 down. How many are left? Show 10 fingers, again. Put 2 down. How many are left? Show 10 fingers again and put 3 down. How many are left? Continue to 10-10=.
Do this practically each time, using your fingers. Have a go at writing a subtraction number sentence.
