Swirly Snails!
This week let's look at all things snails! I have found lots in my garden this week! Have you found any recently?
Start by listening to 'the snail and the whale' story below. Maybe you have this book at home too. Can you recognise any rhyming words? This is good for phonics work.
Look at their swirly shells!
Can you draw a snail? I wonder if you can give your snail a swirly shell using your pencil without taking it off the page? It's tricky but good handwriting practice!
Could you try to create a snail with items you have at home? Below are some ideas to help you.
